The deal

Rally scores group fitness challenges from your own health data. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older.

Your account

• Keep your password and your one-time recovery code safe: the recovery code is the only way to reset a lost password, and losing both means the account cannot be recovered.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.

Fair play

• Scores come from device-recorded activity. Fabricating data, gaming sources, or misrepresenting your body profile spoils the game for everyone, and we may remove accounts or scores that do it.
• Challenge creators set the rules of their challenge; scoring settings freeze when a challenge starts.

Not medical advice

Rally is a game, not a medical service. Goals are rough computed estimates, not clinical guidance. Consult a professional before changing your exercise habits, and stop if something hurts.

The service

• Provided as-is, without warranties; we may change or discontinue features.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently: nothing).
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Changes

We'll update this page and change the effective date if the terms change.
